III. Moderately difficult trip
to El Golfo - approx. 50 km,
up to about 500 m altitude

• From Puerto del Carmen to Puerto Calero.
• On to Yaiza (about 250 m altitude).
• Flatland up to El Golfo, passing the Janubio salt pans.
• Back to Yaiza.
• Taking the wine route through la Geria (about 150 m altitude) to La Asomada.
